This site is set up as a resource for my clients and others who are interested in personal growth. Many of my clients ask me about things that they can do between sessions to facilitate and support the progress that they are making in therapy.

This site contains links to books, videos, and other materials. Please be patient with me as this is going to be a work in progress but also a work of love. I am not a web designer! So hang in there and I will add things as I can. The resources on these pages represent my own therapeutic opinions, values and theories. They have been very useful and powerful in my own life and in the therapy room and in groups of which I have been a part. Only you can determine for yourself whether they might be meaningful for you.

Daring Way and Rising Strong are part of an incredible curriculum by Brené Brown and are copyright protected. You must be approved to view the materials.  If you are client or group member already, create a login and I will approve it. Please text me if you want a speedly approval response!
